I am against state healthcare because:

• I am against state ownership in general
• It doesn’t seem to be very good

What makes you think it isn’t very good?

Well, there’s the experience of the UK’s National Health Service.  There is also the experience of Canada’s similarly-nationalised health service.  As one Canadian doctor put it:

This is a country in which dogs can get a hip replacement in under a week and in which humans can wait two to three years.

This is also pretty much true in the UK, by the way.
